The Co-Active Model, known as the most flexible and proven model in the coaching world, is based on Four Cornerstones:

  1. People are naturally creative, resourceful and whole. They have a natural ability to resolve the challenges they face and are not broken or in need of fixing.

Conversational Intelligence®

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage building program designed to be facilitated by organizational development professionals. Research finds courage to be a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage building skills through workshops, training, and coaching to help individuals, teams, and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership.
