The Co-Active Model, known as the most flexible and proven model in the coaching world, is based on Four Cornerstones:

1. People are naturally creative, resourceful and whole. They have a natural ability to resolve the challenges they face and are not broken or in need of fixing.
2. Dance in this moment. Everything that happens is an opportunity for learning and growth, with the most creativity arising in working with what arises in the moment rather than from a fixed and rigid plan.
3. Focus on the whole person. People are a complex and unique system with each part impacting the other aspects. All aspects of being human ─ mind, body, spirit and emotion ─ are important.
4. Evoke transformation. As the nature of life is to transform and evolve, it is imperative that people support and encourage transformation in each other.
